Each reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. That is at 3 PM the day before. Here after the whole stay can be held in account.

If you have made a reservation with payment by bank transfer, we ask you to settle the payment within 10 days. The cancellation deadline as mentioned above, is still valid after payment. If no payment is received, the reservation can be cancelled by the hotel.

The room can be guaranteed by the means of an authorization form for the credit card that may be used. Please send this form to info@towerhotelaalst.com with a copy of both the card (both sides) and the passport of the user.  The name of the user must be on the given credit card.
A reservation will than be made. At check in the payment will be done anew to ensure official payment
