Dirk Martens

Dirk Martens was the first person to introduce the art of printing to Flanders. As a humanist, he was committed to spreading knowledge in an inexpensive way.

This is the Tower Hotel’s largest meeting room. It measures 5 by 12 metres and features its own sanitary facilities. The room has the same height as the Valerius room but can be more easily darkened. The high-set windows also ensure increased privacy.
